Nand Kishore Khanna Commerce Faculty in College initiated in 1999 aims at empowering the girl students by imparting quality education with analytical skill who can dream of a better world and transform the same into reality.

A significant academic year encompasses coordination and participation in activities beyond academics. The department organizes various academic events along with Prof. G.C. Agrawal Memorial Inter Collegiate Quiz & Paper Writing Competitions to imbibe a healthy competition and cultivate team spirit amongst the students.

Lectures by Intellectuals and experts boost the multidimensional thinking and learning process.

The outcome of the above efforts results in the placement of the students in reputed firms like IBM-Daksh, Wipro, Commercial Banks etc.

The library boost of a mammoth collection of books, magazines and journals for the student to update the information and strengthen the knowledge of the students. Book Bank facility is also provided to them. They also have access to INFLIBNET (online library) through which they can access international journals and periodicals.

The students are motivated to excel in the field of academic and co-curricular activities. The toppers of B. Com I, II, and III are felicitated every year with a prize amount of rupees 11000/-.

Our endeavor for perfection does not end at the completion of student’s course, we groom our students. We facilitate mock interviews, group discussions, personality development programmes to inculcate creative thinking, to develop professional competence in the students to enable them to develop entrepreneurial skills and face global challenges.

Scholarships are provided to meritorious and needy students to motivate them to excel in their studies.
